Focus your interest in Chinese cuisine and learn to make these specialties for your own pleasure. Our lesson is Potstickers; Chinese Stir Fried Eggs with Tomatoes; Kung Pao Shrimp; Chinese-Style Glazed Pork Tenderloin; Chinese Chili and Scallion Noodles; Fried Rice with Peas and Bean Sprouts, & Scallion Pancakes with Soy Dipping Sauce.
