Here is another fun lesson for couples who like to cook together. Come be part of creating a delicious three course gourmet meal & enjoy a sampling of wines with the meal! Our lesson is Fig Jam & Brie Bruschetta & Chilled Cucumber Soup with Avocado & Dill, served with Sauvignon Blanc. The entrée is: Bourbon Barbecue Salmon with Grilled Corn & Watercress Salad; Agave Glazed Carrots with Fresh Rosemary; Char Grilled Artichokes with Garlic Aioli, & Individual Creamy Potato Gratins, served with Pinot Noir. Dessert is Pecan Dusted Puff Pastry with Caramelized Pears & Whipped Cream.
