Come learn this delicious three course meal of Baklava–style Baked Brie with Pistachios & Orange-Cardamom Syrup with a Little Gem Lettuce Salad with fresh Raspberries & Lemon Vinaigrette, served with Chardonnay. The entrée is Rum-Red Roasted Pork Tenderloin; Individual Spinach Gratins, & Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes with White Truffle Oil; and roasted Beets and Carrots with Dijon & fresh Herbs, served with Merlot.
