Our lesson is Tabbouleh; Toasted Pita Salad with homemade Pita Bread; Lentil, Tuna, & Roasted Pepper Salad; Grilled Beef Kebabs with Lemon & Rosemary; Chickpea Tagine with Cauliflower & Almonds, & Phyllo Pie with Chicken. Dessert will be Cornmeal Rosemary Cake with Pine Nuts & Orange Glaze.
