Team Building at Sweet Basil Gourmetware & Cooking School
TEAM BUILDING

Sweet Basil Team Building classes provide a wealth of information with a fun & challenging learning experience. Held in a modern, well-equipped kitchen, team members work alongside a professionally trained chef. Throughout the process, teams work together to problem solve & experience meaningful communication to achieve their culinary objectives. The best part is they have fun doing it. Classes are tailored to fit the needs of your group.

All TEAM BUILDING PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE

>>All ingredients for the recipes & use of equipment & apron to use during class
>>Lesson from an experienced instructor who is a professionally trained chef
>>Demonstration of the techniques used in class
>>A meal of the foods prepared
>>Beverages of water and iced tea
>>Copies of the Recipes to take home

TEAM BUILDING MENUS

We have a variety of themed menus to choose from for our hands-on classes; each of them is designed for all levels of cooking experience.

We can also work with you to design a special menu and are always able to work with dietary needs & restrictions as needed.

TEAM BUILDING CLASSES HOSTED AT SWEET BASIL

A Team Building Cooking Class can be as simple as an employee get-together as an introduction or celebration. They can also be more structured for problem-solving or as exercises with specific goals in mind. We are ready to work with you to set up the class to meet your needs. For example, you might want to assign specific people to work together on the recipes. Once you let us know how you want the class structured, our staff will help you implement your plan.

TEAM BUILDING FEES

Team Building cooking classes are three hours in length and are available for 10 to 15 people for hands-on classes or up to 26 people for demonstration classes. The cost for a Team Building class ranges from $55 to $65 per person.
