The entrée is Shrimp Risotto with Saffron Butter; Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Dried Cherry-Port Sauce; Steak House Creamy Spinach Gratin, and Buttermilk Flakey Dinner Biscuits with Burnt Onion Butter, served with Spanish Carmenere Red.
