Come for a fun and fabulous night of cooking and learn Stracciatella “Italian Egg Drop Soup”; Bistecca Fiorentina sliced on Crostini with Blue Cheese Slather; Stuffed Pizza Schiacciata “Tuscan Flat Bread Pizza”; Homemade Pappardelle with Porcini Ragu and Shaved Parmesan; Italian Meatball Casserole with Homemade Marinara and Charred Baguette Slices, and Tuscan Kale Salad with Italian Vinaigrette.
