The entrée will be Salt & Pepper Restaurant-style Cast Iron New York Steak with Bordelaise Sauce; Petite Baked Potato with Crème Fraiche & Chives; Roasted Carrots with Dijon Butter & fresh Dill, and Char Cooked fresh Zucchini with Basil Oil, served with Cabernet Sauvignon. Dessert is Grand Marnier Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Bean Crème Anglaise & fresh Raspberries.
