This special experience is especially fun when shared with someone who appreciates good foods. Our lesson is Crab Rangoon Amuse with Soy-Sesame Sauce, and Salad of Baby Arugula, Fennel, & Shaved Asiago with Dijon Vinaigrette, served with Chardonnay. The entrée is Char Grilled New York Steak with Flaming Brandy-Peppercorn Sauce; Cast Iron Sweet Potato & Bacon Hash; Toasted Garlic Couscous, and Char Grilled Peppers with Basil Vinaigrette, served with Zinfandel. Dessert will be Dark Chocolate Cake with Candied Ginger Ice Cream & Chocolate-Rum Sauce.
