Our lesson is Togarashi Seared Ahi Tuna Amuse with Avocado & Cucumber Salsa, and Hearts of Palm, Baby Greens, Grape Tomatoes Salad with Candied Pecans & Dijon Vinaigrette, served with Chardonnay. The entrée will be Coffee & Spice Seasoned Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Arugula Pesto; Fresh Poblano Gratin with Roasted Corn & Crema; Roasted Fresh Green Beans with Toasted Garlic Bread Crumbs, and Paprika & Cumin Spice Oil Char Grilled Sweet Potatoes, served with Zinfandel. Dessert will be Cherry-Chocolate Lava Cakes with Brandy Whipped Cream.
