GOURMET COUPLES – MARCH 1
This class is for couples who like great food and want to have a fun evening preparing an amazing three-course meal. Our lesson is Shrimp & Spanish Chorizo Bites Amuse with Escarole & Manchego Cheese and Baby Spinach Salad with Hard Cooked Egg, Shaved Pecorino Romano Cheese, & Warm Bacon Dressing, served with Sauvignon Blanc. The entrée will be Char Cooked Rib-Eye Steak with Rum-Chili Sauce; Grilled Zucchini with fresh Basil Oil; Roasted fresh Vegetables with Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette, and Cheddar Cheese Scones with Sweet Butter, served with Cabernet Sauvignon. Dessert will be White Chocolate Bread Pudding with Whiskey Hard Sauce & Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream.
