Plan a special evening with your partner and invite them to share a culinary experience where you are part of creating a three course gourmet meal. Our lesson is great for entertaining and would be fun to share later with friends. Come for Chili Dusted Shrimp with Fresh Corn, Avocado, & Ginger Salsa, and Green Goddess Crispy Iceberg Wedge Salad, served with Pinot Grigio. The entrée will be Cast Iron Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Star Anise-Red Wine Sauce; Asian Style Sesame Noodles; Butter & Tequila Braised Fresh Carrots, and Curry Scented Roasted Vegetables, served with Cabernet Sauvignon. Dessert will be Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée with Fresh Berry & Whipped Cream.
