The entrée is New York Steak, Pepper Crusted & Pan Seared, with Cabernet-Cream Sauce; Cast Iron Cooked Browned Garlic Brussels Sprouts; Slow Cooked Saffron Scented Risotto; Chargrilled Peppers with Basil Vinaigrette, served with Zinfandel. Dessert will be Rustic Fresh Pear & Apple Crostata with Rum-Caramel Sauce & Homemade Ice Cream.
