ITALIAN IN WINTER ~FULL~
The winter months opens the door to Italian specialties we love so much! Come learn from someone who has cooked Italian food her whole life and will share soul satisfying recipes along with her Italian culinary secrets! Our lesson is Roasted Italian Peppers marinated with Olive Oil and Spices; Pasta Fagiole or Italian Stew with Pasta and Beans, Tomatoes, Onions and Garlic in a rich broth; Polenta with Momma’s Meat Sauce, and Caponata with toasted Crostini. Dessert will be Cannoli with Ricotta Orange filling.
