Our DEMONSTRATION is Cast Iron Chicken Thighs with Merlot, Garlic and Baby Bella Mushrooms, served with Creamy Parmesan Polenta. Dessert will be Chocolate Cream Pie with Chocolate Cookie Crust topped with Spiced Bourbon Whipped Cream.
