Come to enjoy Roasted Salmon with Crunchy Honey Mustard Pecan topping, served with Brussels Sprout Gratin (roasted Brussels Sprouts with a Gruyere & Parmesan Cheese Cream Sauce, topped with crispy Buttered Breadcrumbs). Dessert will be Sous Vide Chocolate Pots de Crème – little pots of rich Chocolate Custard.
