Get ready for game day with a menu that is a guaranteed crowd pleaser! Football starts this week so let’s get our game on. DEMONSTRATION includes how to make Italian Sausage from beginning to end including mixing spices, grinding and linking sausage, then grilling to perfection. We’ll serve it with caramelized onions and grilled peppers on sweet homemade rolls and Celebration Salad of Arugula and Endive; Celery, thinly sliced Pears, Candied Pecans and Blue Cheese tossed in Champagne Vinaigrette. Dessert will be Lemon “Brownies” with White Chocolate and Lemon Ganache.
