Our lesson is Tabbouleh Salad with Skillet Garlic Flatbread with Black Olive Butter; Grilled Marinated Vegetable & Cheddar Stuffed Potato Skins; Grilled BBQ Romaine Lettuce with Sesame Seed Dressing and Blue Cheese; Portobellos Stuffed with Corn Cotija Cheese and Mushrooms; Zucchini Mascarpone Pizza; Egg Foo Yung with Mushroom Sauce, and Cucumber Mint Mojitos.
