Join us for a fun evening and lesson of Blistered Shishito Peppers with Togarashi & Sea Salt Amuse and Little Gem Southwest Caesar Salad served with Sauvignon Blanc. The entrée will be Red Wine Braised and char finished Baby Back Pork Ribs with Coffee BBQ Sauce; Smoked Gouda twice cooked Mashed Potatoes; steamed fresh Asparagus with Béarnaise Sauce, and Tequila & Butter Cooked Flambé Carrots, served with Cabernet Sauvignon.
