THAI TREASURES
Sign up for a class that is one of the most sensory, flavor-packed and fun culinary experiences you can have. The colorful, aromatic foods with all the flavor contrasts – salty, sweet, sour and spicy – makes it one of the favorite Asian cuisines. We will learn about and use many ingredients specific to Thai cuisine to create the alluring flavors we love. Join us for an amazing class to make Sticky Thai Beef Meatballs with Sweet Chili Glaze; air fryer Lemongrass Marinated Chicken Skewers; Baked Thai Coconut Shrimp with Lemongrass Guacamole; Thai Shrimp and Pork Cakes with Sweet Chili Sauce; roasted Thai Chicken Wings tossed in Peanut Sauce; wok sauteed Pork Larb in Lettuce cups with Lime Dressing, and chilled Sticky Coconut & Mango Spring Rolls with Coconut Sauce. FARMERS MARKET MAGIC
This Farmer’s Market class will give you the ability to turn whatever is fresh, local and seasonal into meals with life to them. We will learn how chefs shop and gauge when fruits & vegetables are at their peak; build dishes around a star ingredient; and use simple ingredients in ways that turn them into delicious memorable dishes. Come for a great lesson of Ricotta Honey Pizza; Prosciutto Grilled Cheese; Spinach Artichoke Tart; Steak Crostini; Vegetable Sliders, and Charred Watermelon Salad. Dessert will be Cherry Crisp.
TACO NIGHT
Tacos are one of the most loved of our Southwest specialties. They are perfect for a simple weeknight meal or more elaborate flavor-layered creations. In this class we will learn how they can be constructed with proteins and cooking methods; fillings with flavorings and spice levels and toppings to finish. Come have fun and explore many choices available when it is Taco Time! Our lesson will be Hoisin Pork Tacos with Savoy Cabbage Slaw and Sambal Oelek Mayo; Bang Bang crispy baked Shrimp Tacos; Jerk Chicken Tacos with Yogurt Jerk Sauce and fresh Pineapple; crispy mini Beef Wonton Taco Cups with the Works; Indian Butter Chicken Taquitos and air fryer Ancho Pork Belly Tacos with Chipotle BBQ Aioli. We will sip fresh Blueberry and Ginger Blended Margaritas with our amazing lunch!
WOK ON
Wok cooking provides an endless array of choices of what to cook in a one-pan vessel using Asian ingredients, Sauces, & Spices. This “quick cook” lesson explores ways to create dynamic meals using Beef, Pork, Shrimp, Chicken and Vegetables. Come for an inspiring class and learn how it all comes together in a wok. Our lesson will be Spiced Pork Lettuce Wraps; Beef Chow Fun; Sweet, Sour, and Spicy stir-fried Orange Chicken and Broccoli with Cashews; Curry Noodles with Shrimp and Coconut; Pork-fried Rice; Vegetable Lo Mein, and Thai-style Vegetable stir-fry with Garlic and Black Pepper.
LUNCH AND LEARN
Come for lunch and a valuable lesson of a menu presented in a DEMONSTRATION. We will serve it to you, and you will have the “know how” to add a new dinner party menu to your repertoire. We invite you to enjoy Pork Medallions with Mushroom Marsala, served with Orzo with Spinach and Pine Nuts. Dessert will be Banana Cake with Salted Caramel Glaze.
KIDS COOK PASTA AND PIZZA
This special class for kids (ages 8 and above) provides hands-on experience making Pizza and Pasta. The excitement starts when they learn to transform Dough into a pliable Pizza Crust, stretching & shaping it, then filling and baking it, turning it into beautiful, finished hand-made Pizza. Next, they will make Pasta – stirring Flour, Egg, Oil and Salt together then turning it into Dough, stretching, then cutting it into Pasta shapes. As they learn to make dinner, they also learn measuring skills and recipe reading to make Pizza and Pasta on their own. Sign up for an amazingly fun morning of making Pizza Kabobs; Homemade Pasta Shapes; Teddy Bear Pizza; Pasta Caesar Salad; Pizza Pasta Bake; Caramel Apple Pizza and Spaghetti Cupcakes.
NAPA STYLE
This elegant yet down-to-earth class crafts a Wine country experience with bountiful produce to create fresh and fully flavorful dishes reflecting the signature of the area. Come for a fun & satisfying lesson to build healthy, natural and sophisticated foods. Our menu is Savory Mushroom and Brie Tart; Kale Salad with crispy Parmesan-Cauliflower Croutons; pan-seared Strip Steaks with Red Wine Sauce; Sautéed Chicken with Chardonnay Sauce; Garlic-Lemon Green Beans with Toasted Breadcrumbs; Herbed Summer Squash and Potato Torte. Dessert will be Carrot & Orange Olive Oil Cake.

This menu of pleasing appetizers is abundant and exciting with indulgent bites. Ease the fear you have of using your grill. This class will empower you to have confidence with new knowledge and understanding of how to control heat levels, placement on the grill and timing of the foods you cook. This fun class may make grilling your most fun method of cooking. Our summertime lesson is Grilled Nectarine and Blue Cheese Bruschetta; Mexican-style grilled Pork Cutlets (Pork Tenderloin cutlets coated in warm Chili-Garlic Oil, then topped with a Chipotle Lime Cilantro Sauce); Portuguese Grilled Garlic Beef & Tomato Skewers (Beef skewers marinated in Bay Leaf–Garlic seasoned Salt, grilled with Cherry Tomatoes, and finished with a buttery Madeira pan Sauce); Singapore Shrimp Satay with Cashews, Coconut, & Chiles; Citrus Cilantro Grilled Garlicky Chicken; Grilled Zucchini with Lemony Ricotta; Rum-Spiked Grilled Pineapple with Toasted Coconut with Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream.

The techniques of Sauce making will be explored with the foundations of Mother Sauces, along with contemporary Sauces which are quick and easy to prepare. Come for the lesson that moves your cooking from good to Wow! Our lesson is cast iron fried Rib-Eye Steaks with Béarnaise & crispy Potato Cake; Pork Loin with White Wine-Mustard Sauce; Shrimp Scampi with Green Onion Sauce & Baguette; Skillet Steak Mole with Cilantro; Chicken Sauté with Honey-Orange Sauce, and Vanilla Ice Cream with Warm Bittersweet Chocolate Port Sauce. We will enjoy it all with Blackberry Lemonade.

This Asian class will take you on a culinary journey through the world of vibrant foods – sizzling grill food, bold beautiful herbs, spices and colorful dishes. Learn to bring together irresistible flavors with fast, fun cooking techniques and treat yourself to a delicious discovery of Asian flavors. We hope you can join us for our lesson of Aloo Chicken (Punjabi-style Chicken and Potatoes in a warmly spiced, Cashew-enriched Tomato-Onion Gravy); Coconut Lime Shrimp (Gingery Shrimp simmered in a lightly sweet, spicy Coconut-Lime Broth and served over Rice); Korean Sizzling Beef Lettuce Wraps; Indonesian Stir-Fried Noodles; Cabbage Okonomiyaki (Pancakes); Oven-Fried Gobi Manchurian (spiced Cauliflower tossed in a tangy, salty sweet sauce); Hong Kong-Style French Toast (custardy, shallow-fried Peanut Butter French Toast Sandwiches topped with Butter and Sweetened Condensed Milk).

Serving Italian Finger Foods during summer is a delightful way to share time with friends and offer casual, colorful, big flavor foods in bite-sized portions. In this class we will create a menu of simple, beautiful bites with a variety of cooking techniques. Come join the fun and learn Pan-caramelized Grape Tomatoes on grilled Crostini with Balsamic Syrup; Prosciutto Rolls with Figs, Goat Cheese, & Baby Arugula; Tuscan-style Gorgonzola stuffed fried Olives; Italian Cocktail Meatballs and fresh Marinara; Sicilian-style Pizza bites with fresh Mozzarella, Thyme, & Honey, and Grilled New York Steak Skewers with Tomato-Basil Sauce.
