Kids & Teens Class Schedule

If your child (aged eight and above) has an interest in cooking, this class will provide them with an exciting, empowering experience by doing something “grown-up” and real, learning right alongside you. Cooking dinner together for the family lets them share how to use a recipe, use cooking tools, and see how everything comes together. Come cook together and in the end your child can proudly say “I made this” and you will have had a priceless shared experience along with new fun meals you share with the entire family. Our lesson is Croissant French Toast; Beef & Broccoli Ramen; Meatball Mozzarella Skillet; Crispy Pasta Caesar Salad; Creamy Chicken & Orzo; Eggroll in a Bowl, and Brownie Bites with Marshmallow Topping.

This special class for kids (ages 8 and above) provides hands-on experience making Pizza and Pasta. The excitement starts when they learn to transform Dough into a pliable Pizza Crust, stretching & shaping it, then filling and baking it, turning it into beautiful, finished hand-made Pizza. Next, they will make Pasta – stirring Flour, Egg, Oil and Salt together then turning it into Dough, stretching, then cutting it into Pasta shapes. As they learn to make dinner, they also learn measuring skills and recipe reading to make Pizza and Pasta on their own. Being able to cook dinner for your family is an achievement that puts you on the road to learning about food you can share and enjoy yourself. If you are 8 or above, come have fun & learn about cooking; you will feel proud of what you accomplish and will learn skills to use forever. Our fun lesson will be Tomato Basil Bisque with Grilled Cheese Croutons; Chicken Parmesan Meatball Skillet; Garlic Cheese Rolls with Roasted Garlic Butter; Crispy Pork Chops with Chunky Homemade Apple Sauce; Caesar Salad; Sheet Pan Salmon with Baby Red Dill Potatoes, and Rich and Moist Chocolate Cake with Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream.

If your child is 8 or above and you enjoy cooking together, join us for a fun shared experience where you will learn practical cooking skills. While cooking together you will learn a delicious new group of recipes for family dinners. The class will help build communication and confidence while working together in a relaxed environment. If you are a kid age eight and above, here is a class that lets you make pizza and pasta from scratch! When you know how to make them yourself, you’ll be able to go into the kitchen to make these family recipes! How fun is that? We’ll learn to do many fun things in this class. We will mix, knead, roll, shape, stir, taste, and create delicious pizzas and pasta from start to finish. We hope you can join us for a fun morning of cooking!
