Wednesday – Vegetables That Really Do Taste Great!: Sautéed Fresh Vegetables with Basil Pesto; Potato Packets with Bacon & Cheese; Stir Fry Vegetables with Noodles; Twice Cooked Creamy Mashed Potatoes; Marinated & Grilled Vegetable Skewers; Baked Broccoli with Cheddar Cheese, and Julienned & Roasted Vegetable Cheese Quesadillas.
