KIDS CAMP DAY 1 – CALIFORNIA FOOD FAVES

This class is part of a five day series starting June 24 and through June 28.

Our week-long hands-on lessons will teach you about many foods, cooking methods,and how to create the best foods for yourself and your family. Monday – California Food Faves: Baja Fish Tacos with Fresh Salsa; Animal Fries (Oven Fried Potatoes with American Cheese & Secret Sauce); Cobb Salad (Greens with Tomato, hard cooked Egg, Chicken, Avocado, Bacon); Avocado Toast with Pan Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Angel Hair Pasta with Toasted Garlic Bread Crumbs & Lemon Zest; Thai Chicken Pizza with Peanut Sauce, and Flourless Chocolate Cake with Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream.
