Some of the most important tools in your kitchen are the knives you own. This class offers a hands-on experience learning how to use a chef’s knife and paring knife. Each participant will receive an array of vegetables and fruits to use for practice. The instructor will lead you through a demonstration of how to hold a knife, maintain it, then use it to slice, dice and julienne. As you practice, you’ll learn new cutting skills which will give you the ability to efficiently use your knives at home.
