This fun lesson includes Buttered Radish Tartines; Grilled Onion, Tomato, & Arugula Salad; Chicken Dijonnaise; Salmon en Cocotte with Leeks & White Wine; Crustless Zucchini-Gruyere Mini Tarts and Potato & Leek Gratin. Dessert will be Peach Tarte Tatin.
