Fresh Herbs are an easy way to add variety and fresh flavors to a dish. This lesson will guide you through the culinary herbs and the foods that are best complimented by them. Join us for an inspiring, creative lesson of Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Brown Butter and Sage; Thyme Pesto and Goat Cheese-filled Chicken Breasts; Mixed Greens with Tarragon Vinaigrette topped with Grilled Salmon with Basil Aïoli; Cast iron pan grilled New York strip Steaks with Olive-Oregano Relish; Chive and Parsley Mashed Potatoes. The dessert will be Mixed Berries with Lemon Verbena Cream.
