With our The Essence of Cooking Series Sweet Basil Culinary Center has been teaching people to cook for many years. This series is for people who are ready to learn basic cooking skills to become good home cooks.

This NEW TEN WEEK SERIES is for Essence of Cooking graduates and anyone ready to take their knowledge of cooking to a new level. This series will make you a more confident cook by filling in the gaps of your knowledge, advancing your understanding of cooking processes, teaching new skills and making each hands on lesson a fun new adventure in cooking!

Come have fun, learn a lot, eat amazing new foods and explore new ways cooking can be a wonderful creative adventure; providing pleasure to yourself, family and friends!

Cook What You Love! is a new series that will teach you in depth about the subject!

We have bundled several recipes of the topic in each class in order to learn about it with a variety of cooking methods, ingredients and applications.

The additional recipes in the lesson make a complete meal to round out the menu. Choose the subjects you love and come have fun learning about them in depth!
