In this hands-on class we’ll make Ricotta, Mascarpone, Mozzarella, Burrata, Kifer, and American Cheddar. We’ll take our fresh Cheeses and turn them into amazing foods! Our recipes are Cheesy Taco Dip with Tortilla Chips; Garlic and Herb Pull Apart Cheese Bread; Austrian Cheese Dumplings, and Ricotta Panna Cotta with Grilled Nectarines and Honey Drizzle.
