Our lesson is Butternut Squash on Toast (Roasted & Mashed Butternut Squash mixed with Maple Onion Jam & spread over Ricotta Cheese on Toasted Bread); Autumn Vegetable Salad with Beets, Green Beans, Fennel dressed in a Creamy Horseradish Mustard Vinaigrette; Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Shallot-Balsamic Sauce; Chicken Thighs Osso Buco Style (Chicken braised in a White Wine Tomato Sauce, topped with Garlic, Parsley, & Lemon Zest); German Potato Salad; Brussels Sprout Gratin, and Maple-Pumpkin Stack Cake.
