Our great menu of Tapas (finger food that goes best with wine) and Paella ( a one pot party food dish), make a soul satisfying combination of a party meal. Our lesson on the vibrant flavors of these traditions of Spanish cuisine, gives you insight into the foods, flavors and customs of Spanish culinary specialties. The class will make a delightful assortment of Tapas appetizers, then on to the main event Paella. This big-one pot meal inspires hosting and sharing these foods with others. Come join us for Spanish Chilled Almond and Garlic Soup; Spanish-Style Deviled Eggs; Asparagus Revuelta (Soft scrambled eggs with asparagus, scallion; Chorizo, and crisp garlic bread cubes); Tortillas with Shrimp (Seafood pancakes); Chicken and Chorizo Paella; Shrimp Paella, and Lemon Sugar Burnt Basque Cheesecake. We will enjoy our great food with a Rosé Sangria.
