MONDAY in Mexico: Homemade Guacamole and Salsa with Homemade Tortilla Chips; The Ultimate Quesadilla; Grilled Chicken & Jack Cheese Rolled Tacos; Green Corn Tamales; Burrito Bowls in a Crispy Tortilla Shell; Mexican Cobb (Chopped) Salad and Mexican Donuts.
