CELEBRATE A SOUTHWEST 4TH
What better way to celebrate the 4th – than with a hands-on cooking class of All-American Southwest foods! We’ll have a wonderful time cooking these traditional favorites, then celebrating with a special cocktail! Join in to be part of making Firecracker Steak & Cheese Taquito Cups; Poblano Smash Burgers with Pepper Jack Cheese; Carne Asada Street Tacos; spicy Southwest Cole Slaw; sweet heat Baby Back Ribs, and celebration Grilled Corn Salad. Dessert will be Frozen Margarita Pie. Brian Vogel (from the Raven) will demonstrate the FOURTH OF JULY BOMB POP, made with Grenadine, freshly squeezed Lemonade, Stoli Citrus Vodka and blue raspberry sweetener.
