These Spanish specialties are culinary treats all year long. Learn an array of finger foods that pair beautifully with wine. The main event will be preparing two varieties of Paella! This party time food is fun to share with friends so we hope you can join us to learn the ins and outs of making it! Our lesson is Spanish-Style Flatbread with Roasted Peppers, Artichokes and Prosciutto; Garlicky Shrimp with Toasted Breadcrumbs; Spanish-Style Meatballs (Beef Meatballs simmered with Smoked Paprika, Thyme & Green Olives); Roasted Cauliflower with Paprika and Chorizo; Chicken & Chorizo Paella on the Grill; Shrimp Paella, and Orange Olive Oil Cake. We will enjoy our meal with Sangria.
