GOURMET COUPLES

Invite your partner to share a great evening cooking a gourmet meal. You will join a group of couples and divide cooking the three-course menu between the group. Come for a fun cooking experience to expand your cooking knowledge and immerse yourself in a gourmet culinary adventure. When the meal is ready, it will be served with a sampling of wine. Our lesson is Spicy Thai Chicken Meatball Amuse with Sweet Chili Sauce and Cacio e Pepe Caesar Salad with Parmesan Frico Croutons & Peppercorn Dressing, served with Sauvignon Blanc. The entrée will be Cast Iron cooked New York Steak with Blue Cheese Butter; Tequila & Butter Glazed fresh Carrot Flambé; Slow Cooked Saffron Risotto; grilled Asparagus Spears with Toasted Garlic, served with Cabernet Sauvignon. Dessert will be “Coffee & Doughnuts” (freshly made Cinnamon & Sugar Doughnut bites with homemade Coffee Ice Cream). Priced per Couple.
