We are taking a gourmet menu with a wide range of ingredients and turning it into a three-course meal. Come for a fun lesson where teamwork will have everyone working together to create a culinary achievement. Our lesson is Fig & Goat Cheese Pizza Bite Amuse and Bitter & Blue Salad with Grilled Radicchio, Blue Cheese, & Pepper Almonds, served with Sauvignon Blanc. The entrée is grilled Mahi Mahi with Caper-Brown Butter Sauce; oven roasted Sweet Potato Fries; Crab Fried Rice, and grilled cooked Asparagus with fresh Herb Butter, served with Meritage. Dessert will be Chocolate & Brandy Pots de Crème with Grand Marnier Whipped Cream & Orange Zest. Priced per Couple.
