Join us for a fun afternoon of cooking and learning to make this beautiful menu of Buttered Radish Tartines (toasted Bread topped with Herb & Olive Butter and thinly sliced Radishes); crustless Zucchini-Gruyère mini Tarts; Gougères (baked French Cheese Puffs made from Choux Pastry & Gruyère); Salmon Rillettes (creamy spread of steamed and smoked Salmon with Lemon, Chives, and Smoked Paprika, served on crisp Cucumber slices); Mini Croque Monsieur (grilled Ham and Gruyère Sandwich layered with creamy Béchamel and Dijon Mustard); Sun-Dried Tomato Palmieres (savory Cracker Cookies made with Puff Pastry), and Strawberry Almond Cakes.
