With flavors of cinnamon and nutmeg wafting through the air, this class will teach you flaky pie crusts; lattice weaving; blind baking, baking ahead and keeping pies fresh until time to serve! Come have fun and tell us when you make your reservation which pie you want to make. Your choices are Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Pie, or Dutch Caramel Apple Pie. Be sure to bring a Pie dish to take your beautiful Thanksgiving Pie home!
