KNIFE SKILLS
Knowing how to use your knives is one of the most important skills for any cook. This hands-on class provides each student with a wide array of Vegetables and Fruits for practice to cut, chop, slice, and dice. The instructor will demonstrate each cutting skill then lead the class to professionally chop, dice, slice, dice, and chiffonade. You will learn to use a chef’s knife and paring knife. The class includes instruction on how to sharpen and maintain your knives. After this class we are pretty sure that your knife will become your favorite kitchen tool!
