Roasting, charring, and slow-braising, grilling, are the methods of cooking. Come for a dynamic lesson of Southwest Egg Rolls; Stuffed Poblano Peppers; Green Corn Tamales; Tomato Cucumber Avocado Salad; Margarita Chicken Quesadilla; Taco Dip with Homemade Chips, and Margarita Shortbread.
