BREAD BAKING
This fun class on yeast and non-yeast bread baking will immerse you into the core of fundamental Bread baking. You will learn how Yeast works, kneading, folding, shaping, scoring, and building a crust. We will focus on understanding how ingredients including eggs, butter, milk and sugar change flavor and textures of Breads. Hands-on creation gives you knowledge of how breads feel. Our lessons are Dill Bread; Garlic Bread; Cheese Scones; Chocolate Banana Bread; High Protein Buns; Cinnamon Toast Bread, and Cranberry Orange Star Bread.
