Plan a special date night with your partner and share an amazing experience cooking a gourmet meal with a group of couples. You’ll choose a recipe from this great menu and work as a team preparing it. When the lesson comes together,  you will sit down to enjoy the meal, and we will serve it with a sampling of wines. Enjoy a fun evening and learn to enjoy Amuse of Bruschetta with Black Olive Pesto, Ricotta, and Basil and  Zucchini Ribbon Greek-Style Salad, served with Chardonnay. Our entrée is Flat-Iron Steak with Shallot and White Wine Butter Sauce; Bacon Wrapped Green Beans; Orzo Risotto with Tomatoes, and Sugar-Glazed Roasted Carrots, served with Cabernet Sauvignon. Dessert will be Lemon Posset with Berries (velvety chilled Lemon Cream reduction).
