GOURMET COUPLES – JUNE 12
Plan a fun evening with your partner and be part of a group preparing a three-course gourmet meal. Each couple will choose the recipe they want to cook, and when the courses come together, everyone will enjoy it with a sampling of wines. We hope you can join us for a fun evening of cooking to learn Spanish-style Garlic Shrimp and Bloody Mary Tomato Salad, served with Chardonnay. The entrée will be Grill-Smoked Herb-rubbed Flat-Iron Steaks; Herbed Orzo with Toasted Pine Nuts; Green Beans Amandine, and Roasted Cauliflower with Bacon and Scallions, served with a Meritage Red Blend. Dessert will be Berries and Cream Cake.
