Come to learn Shrimp Tempura Wasabi Deviled Egg Amuse and Charred Romaine Salad with Goat Cheese, and Spiced Pecans & Honey-Lime Dressing, served with Chardonnay. The entrée is Char Cooked Mahi Mahi with Browned Butter Sauce; Simmered Black Beans with Cumin & Carrot Char Grilled Peppers in Caper Vinaigrette, and Slow Cooked Saffron Risotto, served with Merlot.
