GOURMET COUPLES

This class is made for foodies who enjoy great food! Come with your partner to be part of a group creating an amazing three-course meal. Each team will begin from scratch to discover the process of creating their recipe. We will chop, stir, roast and bake and end by plating each course. Come have fun and join in the creative process. Our lesson is Grilled Shrimp on Rosemary Skewers Amuse and Butter Lettuce and sautéed fresh Apple Salad with Brie Croutons & Champagne Vinaigrette, served with Pinot Gris. The entrée is pan-roasted Salmon fillets with seared Sea Scallop & Hoisin-Ginger Sauce; toasted Garlic Sweet Potato Mash; grilled cooked fresh Broccoli; Dijon Butter roasted Carrots & Beets, served with Pinot Noir. Dessert will be French Quarter Beignets with Chocolate Sauce & Whiskey Hard Sauce. Priced per Couple.
