LIGHT FRESH PASTA

Summer is a perfect time to learn to make homemade Pasta! It has a light delightful form with a melt-in- your-mouth texture. We will match each batch with a Sauce that compliments the fresh flavor. Treat yourself to a lesson where each student will make Pasta from scratch! Our lesson is  one-skillet Summertime Pasta (one-pot wonder); Summer Squash Noodle Pasta with Pesto; Spaghettini alla Nerano (Zucchini & Pasta); Skillet Gnocchi with Asparagus; Quick & Light Penne Pasta with Vodka Sauce, and The Ultimate Pasta Salad. Dessert will be Delicate Pasta Dough Cookies with Dusted Powdered Sugar. We will enjoy our delicious food with a Wine Spritzer!
