MAD FOR MEDITERRANEAN

There is a lot to love about the bright vibrant flavors of Mediterranean cuisine. In this class our friends from LA and Phoenix will  DEMONSTRATE a menu of finger foods. With this  easy, delicious offering, the recipes have a rich variety of flavors. Come to enjoy this menu of  Zucchini & Red Pepper Frittata; Shrimp & Garlic; Fried Baby Potatoes in Aioli and Pork and Pine Nut Meatballs. We will also enjoy a Cucumber & Mint Vodka Fizz cocktail.
