This lesson teaches how to mix, knead, stretch, cut and cook Pastas incorporating a variety of flavorings. This fun Pasta party will teach you to make Ricotta & Parmesan Filled Mezzaluna Pasta with fresh made Marinara Sauce; Farfalle (Bow Tie) Pasta with Lemon Alfredo Sauce; Homemade German Spaetzle with Paprikash Sauce; Penne (tube shaped Pasta) with Gorgonzola-Walnut Sauce; Sesame & Garlic Homemade Ramen Noodles; Homemade Fusilli (Corkscrew) Pasta with Sage Butter & Romano Cheese, and Pappardelle Noodles with Bacon, Leeks, & Parmesan.
