Enjoy an insightful lesson and delicious menu of Green Goddess Salad; Brown Butter Bucatini with Charred Cabbage; White Bean, Feta, and Pickled Celery Salad; Beet and Potato Roesti with Orange-Chive Crème Fraiche; Cauliflower Biryani (Roasted Cauliflower seasoned with Cardamom and Cumin with spiced Basmati Rice and an Herbed Yogurt Sauce); Crispy Mushroom Tacos, and Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies.
