Our lessons are Crostini with Porcini, Rosemary, and Prosecco; Penne alla Vodka (Vecchia Bertola); Homemade Cavatelli with Almond Pesto; Spinach and Ricotta Malfatti; Pear, Pecorino & Walnut Salad; Chicken Saltimbocca, and Apricot Mascarpone Tart.
