Come learn about the local ingredients, foods and recipes that make these islands a culinary paradise. Our lesson will be Lobster & Vegetable Eggroll with Curry-Honey Dipping Sauce; Tostones (fried Plantains) with Garlic, Citrus, & Cumin Mojo Sauce; Guava Glazed Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Black Bean Sauce & Mango Salsa; Seared Fresh Salmon with Sweet Potato Relish; Sautéed Vegetables over Couscous; Spicy Grilled Jerk Chicken with Cool Cucumber Salad, and Spiced Rum Banana Flambé with Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream.
